Great Auntie, baby and pals.
Maddy and her birthday cake lol.Well it has been a long time..we had a fab time with our granddaughter and family in Calgary. Madelynn is such a monkey..zooming around, chattering and into everything.....We visited friends in Edmonton that we hadn't seen for over 10 years..yikes..hugs and kisses to all..We were back a week when my dear Mil fell at home and broke her hip..it's been 2 months since my Mom's accident. She had to have a partial hip replacement and as she is 89... it has been a struggle for her...pain, depression and fear of not going back to her independent living..Today good news, she was transferred to rehab..Many kudos to the drs, nurses and health care workers at the hospital. So to say the least I haven't had the time or creative energy to create art..Maybe this week...hope you are all well and happy. Health and happiness to you my friends..take care..

Welcome home! Wonderful pics, Bettyann! It sounds like you had a lovely time away. I'm so sorry about your MIL and I hope her recovery won't be too difficult for her. Good to hear your Mum is now in rehab and improving steadily. I fully understand about lack of time to follow creative endeavours with all the life distractions going on....been there quite a bit myself.
